Educators play an important role in the innovation,design,and eventual learning outcomes of medical online education.Educators'teaching strategies and experimental methods influence learners'understanding of knowledge and further influence learners'later learning outcomes.This is true even in large-scale,open educational environments,such as the blended learning model of the Massive Open Online Course,which are designed to be based on self-regulation and collaborative learning.This article explores the application of MOOC and how educators can play a positive role in it.
