慕课的混合式教学模式在医学教育中的应用

摘要 教育工作者对医学在线教育的创新、设计及最终产生的学习结果发挥着重要作用。教育工作者的教学策略和实验方法影响了学习者对知识的理解并进一步影响了学习者后期的学习成绩。即使在大规模、开放的教育环境中也是如此,例如慕课的混合式教学模式,这些课程是基于自我调节和协作学习而设计的。该文对慕课的应用及教育者如何在其中发挥积极作用进行了探讨。 Educators play an important role in the innovation,design,and eventual learning outcomes of medical online education.Educators'teaching strategies and experimental methods influence learners'understanding of knowledge and further influence learners'later learning outcomes.This is true even in large-scale,open educational environments,such as the blended learning model of the Massive Open Online Course,which are designed to be based on self-regulation and collaborative learning.This article explores the application of MOOC and how educators can play a positive role in it.
