贺氏火针治疗中风软瘫期手功能障碍的临床研究

Clinical study of He's fire acupuncture in the treatment of hand dysfunction in the stage of stroke and soft palsy

目的 观察贺氏火针对中风软瘫期手功能障碍的临床疗效。方法 收集2019年1月至2022年12月期间北京小汤山医院脑梗死患者60例,随机分为对照组和试验组,每组30例。试验组予以常规康复结合贺氏火针治疗,对照组仅予常规康复治疗,观察两组患者徒手肌力检查、改良Ashworth评分(MAS)、偏瘫手功能评分的变化。结果 治疗后试验组患者徒手肌力、改良Ashworth评分(MAS)、偏瘫手功能评分结果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01,P<0.05);试验组患者徒手肌力检查、改良Ashworth评分(MAS)、偏瘫手功能评价治疗前后变化值均高于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 贺氏火针在中风软瘫期应用可以增加患者肌力、诱发肌张力,促进手功能障碍的恢复。

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of He's fire against hand dysfunction in the soft palsy stage of stroke.Methods Sixty patients with cerebral infarction in Beijing Xiaotangshan Hospital between January 2019 and December 2022 were collected and randomly divided into a control group and a test group(30 cases each).The test group was treated with conventional rehabilitation combined with He's fire acupuncture,while the control group was treated with conventional rehabilitation only,and the changes of unassisted muscle strength examination,Modified Ashworth Score(MAS)and hemiplegic hand function score were observed in both groups.Results After treatment,the results of unarmed muscle strength examination,MAS and hemiplegic hand function score of patients in the test group were significantly better than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01,P<0.05);the changes in unarmed muscle strength examination,modified Ashworth score(MAS)and hemiplegic hand function evaluation of patients in the test group were higher than those in the control group before and after treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<0.05).The differences were statistically significant(P<O.O1).Conclusion The application of He's fire acupuncture in the soft palsy stage of stroke can increase the muscle strength and induce muscle tone of patients and promote the recovery of hand dysfunction.
