动物辅助干预应用于老年痴呆患者治疗效果的系统评价

Effects of animal assisted interventions in individuals with dementia:A systematic review and Meta-analysis

目的 系统评价动物辅助干预在老年痴呆患者的应用效果。方法 计算机检索Pubmed、Web of Science、Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library、中国知网、万方数据库、维普数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库中关于动物辅助应用于老年痴呆患者治疗的文献,检索时间为建库至2022年10月15日。由2名研究员独立筛选文献并提取资料,采用Rev Man 5.4软件进行Meta分析。结果 共纳入9篇随机对照实验,747例老年痴呆患者。Meta分析结果显示,动物辅助干预可以改善老年痴呆患者的认知功能(MD=1.34,95%CI 1.08~1.60,P<0.01)、抑郁症状(SMD=-0.60,95%CI-0.94~-0.27,P<0.01)及生活质量(SMD=0.25,95%CI-0.02~0.53,P=0.07);对激越行为、日常生活活动能力的作用不显著(P>0.05)。结论 当前证据表明,动物辅助干预有助于提高老年痴呆患者的认知功能和生活质量,改善抑郁症状,但仍需更多高质量的研究验证和补充。

Objective To systematically evaluate the effects of animal-assisted interventions in patients with dementia.Methods Peer-reviewed articles were searched from the PubMed,Web of Science、Medline EmbaseCochrane Library,as well as CNKI,Wan Fang,Wei Pu,Sinomed,through 15 October 2022.We only included randomized controlled trials(RCTs)enrolling participants with dementia.We use Revman5.4 to analyze the extracted data.Results Nine RCTs were included,with a total of 747 participants.Evidence of Meta-analysis showed that animal assisted interventions significantly enhanced dementia patients'cognitive function MD=1.34,95%CI 1.08~1.60,P<0.01);depression symptom(SMD=-0.60,95%CI-0.94~-0.27,P<0.01)and Quality of Life(SMD=0.25,95%CI-0.02~0.53,P=0.07).The Meta-analysis indicated that the effects of animal assisted interventions on agitation and activities of daily life(ADL)were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion The available data showed that animal assisted interventions might be beneficial to improving cognitive function,depression symptom and quality of life in individuals with dementia,although the effects were short term.
