1426例北京社区老年人体检结果分析

Analysis of physical examination results of 1426 elderly people in the communities of Bejig

目的通过对辖区老年居民健康体检结果进行分析,为针对性调整健康管理重点提供依据。方法对本辖区自愿参加老年体检的居民有规划地预约到医院进行体检,并对身高、体重、腰围、血压、血糖、血脂等检查结果进行统计分析。结果辖区老年人中BMI超重率为45.72%,肥胖率为24.26%;腰围肥胖率为17.18%;收缩压升高率为21.88%;舒张压升高率为1.82%;空腹血糖(Glu)升高率为38.43%;总胆固醇(TC)异常率为24.75%,甘油三酯(TG)异常率为10.80%,高密度脂蛋白(HDL)异常率为14.45%,低密度脂蛋白(LDL)异常率为22.93%。按性别分组,女性在腰围、BMI均高于男性。按年龄段分为三组后,腰围异常以70~79岁组最高,80岁及以上组最低,三组之间有统计学差异;Glu异常率随年龄增加逐渐降低,三组之间存在显著统计学差异。结论根据老年体检结果及年龄、性别分组后统计分析结果,有针对性地制订健康管理计划,调整慢性病防控重心。

Objective Analyze the health examination results of the elderly residents in the community,and provide the basis for adjusting the focus of health management.Methods The residents who voluntarily participates in physical examination for the elderly in the community are scheduled to go to hospital for physical examination,and the results of height,weight,waist circumference,blood pressure,blood sugar,blood fat and other examinations are statistically analyzed.Results BMI was 45.72%overweight and 24.26%obese,the rate of waist obesity was 17.18%,systolic blood pressure increased by 21.88%,diastolic blood pressure increased by 1.82%,the fasting blood glucose(Clu)increased by 38.43%;the total cholesterol(TC)abnormality rate was 24.75%,the triglyceride(TG)abnormality rate was 10.80%,the high density lipoprotein(HDL)abnormality rate was 14.45%,the low density lipoprotein(LDL)abnormality rate was 22.93%.According to gender,women's waist circumference and BMI is higher than men's.After being divided into three groups according to age,the abnormal waist circumference was the highest in the 70~79 year old group and the lowest in the 80 years and older group.There was a statistical difference between the three groups.The abnormal rate of Glu gradually decreased with age,and there was significant statistical difference between the three groups.Conclusion According to the results of physical examination for the elderly and the statistical analysis results after age and gender grouping,health management plan shall be formulated pertinently to adjust the focus of prevention and control of chronic diseases.
