全面流程管理在病房管理中的应用

Application of Total Process Management in Ward Management

目的 探讨病房管理中全面流程管理的运用。方法 回顾性选取2020年2月—2022年2月100例赤峰市医院肾内科病房患者,依据病房管理方法分为全面流程管理组、常规护理管理组,每组各50例。统计分析两组病房管理效果、病房护理质量、护理配合度、护理满意度。结果 全面流程管理组患者的基础管理、药品使用规范、环境仪表服务、危重患者护理、文书书写评分均高于常规护理管理组(P <0.05)。全面流程管理组患者的基础护理、护理安全、治疗室管理、病房管理、医院感染管理评分均高于常规护理管理组(P <0.05)。全面流程管理组患者的护理配合度94.00%(47/50)高于常规护理管理组66.00%(33/50)(χ^(2)=12.250,P <0.05)。全面流程管理组患者对病区环境、健康教育、护士技能水平、护士仪表、服务态度满意度评分均高于常规护理管理组(P <0.05)。结论 病房管理中全面流程管理的运用效果较常规护理管理好,更能对病房管理效果进行改善,将病房护理质量、护理配合度、护理满意度提升。

Objective To explore the application of total process management in ward management.Methods A total of 100 patients in the department of nephrology of Chifeng Municipal Hospital from February 2020 to February 2022 were retrospectively selected and divided into total process management group and conventional care management group according to ward management methods,with 50 cases in each group.The effect of ward management,ward nursing quality,nursing cooperation and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were analyzed statistically.Results The scores of basic management,drug use standard,environmental instrument service,critical patient care and document writing in the total process management group were higher than those in the conventional care management group(P<0.05).The scores of basic nursing,nursing safety,treatment room management,ward management and nosocomial infection management in total process management group were higher than those in conventional care management group(P<0.05).The nursing cooperation of patients in the total procedure management group was 94.00%(47/50)higher than that in the conventional care management group was 66.00%(33/50)(χ^(2)=12.250,P<0.05).The satisfaction scores of patients in the total process management group on ward environment,health education,nurses’skill level,nurses’instrument and service attitude were higher than those in the conventional care management group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of comprehensive process management in ward management is better than that of conventional care management,which can improve the effect of ward management and improve the nursing quality,nursing cooperation and nursing satisfaction.
