代谢综合征诱导勃起功能障碍作用机制的研究进展

摘要 代谢综合征(MetS)是一种以多种代谢紊乱合并出现为特点的临床疾病。已有研究证实,MetS提高了心血管疾病的患病风险,威胁着人们的生命安全;而近年来越来越多的研究发现,MetS引起的血管结构异常、神经损伤、激素水平改变等病变促进了勃起功能障碍(ED)的发生发展,严重影响患者的生活质量。ED是困扰全球男性最常见的病症之一,虽不具有致死性,却对患者的夫妻和谐生活有较大影响,然而其具体机制还未完全探明,且目前疗法虽多但均不能达到满意的效果。据流行病学调查,未来5年内ED的患病率和严重程度仍有显著增高的趋势,现已成为一种不可忽视的临床问题。本文就MetS与ED的密切关系及可能的作用机制作一综述,并侧重于最新的研究进展,以期为进一步探究ED的发病机制和寻找更为精准的治疗方法提供理论基础和新的研究方向。 Metabolic syndrome(MetS)is a clinical disease characterized by the concomitant occurrence of multiple metabolic disorders.Studies have shown that MetS raise the risk of cardiovascular disease and threaten people′s lives and safety.In recent years,more and more studies have found that vascular structural abnormalities,nerve damage,hormone level changes and other lesions caused by MetS promote the occurrence and development of erectile dysfunction(ED),which seriously affects the quality of life of patients.ED is one of the most common diseases afflicting men all over the world.Although it is not fatal,it has a great impact on the patient′s marital harmony.However,the specific mechanism of ED has not been fully understood,and there are many therapies at present,but none of them can achieve satisfactory results.According to the epidemiological survey,the prevalence and severity of ED will increase significantly in the next five years,and it has become a clinical problem that cannot be ignored.This paper reviews the close relationship and possible mechanism between MetS and ED,and focuses on the latest research progress,in order to provide a theoretical basis and new research direction for further exploring the pathogenesis of ED and finding more accurate treatment.
