摘要
目的评价家校联合教育干预模式对低年级小学生预防性侵犯知识和技能的干预效果,为今后进一步在小学低年级开展预防儿童性侵犯教育提供依据。方法以391名一至三年级小学生为研究对象,以班级为单位随机分为干预组(n=195)和对照组(n=196),学校教师和家长联合进行1个月预防性侵犯知识和技能干预,评价家校联合教育干预模式对低年级小学生预防性侵犯知识和技能的干预效果。结果干预组学生知识总分、拒绝技能、告诉技能和技能总分分别由干预前的(4.06±1.32)、(5.10±1.35)、(4.54±2.29)、(9.64±2.90)分提高至干预后的(5.52±0.71)、(5.82±0.61)、(5.83±0.82)、(11.65±1.12)分,差异均具有统计学意义(t=14.03、6.79、7.95、10.04,P<0.01)。干预组学生知识总分、拒绝技能、告诉技能和技能总分干预后的增长值(1.45±1.44、0.72±1.49、1.29±2.27、2.02±2.80)均显著高于对照组(0.32±1.42、0.01±1.71、0.74±2.19、0.75±2.96),差异具有统计学意义(t=7.82、4.40、2.45、4.34,P<0.05)。结论家校联合教育能够有效提高低年级小学生预防性侵犯知识和技能水平。
Objective To evaluate the effect of home-school cooperative education on child sexual abuse(CSA)prevention in lower grade pupils and to provide a reference for conducting CSA prevention program in primary school in the future.Methods A total of 391 primary school students from Grade 1 to Grade 3 were randomly divided into an intervention group(n=195)and a control group(n=196)by class.School teachers and parents jointly conducted a one-month intervention on sexual assault prevention knowledge and skills,to evaluate the effect of the intervention mode of home-school cooperative education on sexual assault prevention knowledge and skills of lower-grade pupils.Results The total knowledge score,rejection skill,telling skill and total skill score in the intervention group increased from 4.06±1.32,5.10±1.35,4.54±2.29,9.64±2.90 before intervention to 5.52±0.71,5.82±0.61,5.83±0.82,11.65±1.12 after intervention,respectively,the differences were statistically significant(t=14.03,6.79,7.95,10.04;P<0.01).The increase values of total knowledge score,rejection skill,telling skill and total skill score in the intervention group(1.45±1.44,0.72±1.49,1.29±2.27,2.02±2.80)were significantly higher than those in the control group(0.32±1.42,0.01±1.71,0.74±2.19,0.75±2.96),the difference was statistically significant(t=7.82,4.40,2.45,4.34;P<0.05).Conclusions Home-school cooperative education can effectively improve CSA knowledge and skills of lower grade pupils.
