摘要
刀具钝化可去除刃口的微观缺陷,对降低刀具磨损有着重要作用。本文对硬质合金立铣刀分别进行磁弹磨粒双磁盘磁力钝化和分散磨粒立式钝化,结合TC4铣削实验,探究不同钝化方法对刀具刃口形貌和刀具磨损的影响。结果表明,在钝化实验中,硅胶磁弹磨粒钝化的刃口均匀性高于分散磨粒立式钝化,且前者的刃口粗糙度总体上要低于后者;在TC4铣削实验中,刀具钝化可以极大改善刃口磨损和崩刃现象,硅胶磁弹磨粒钝化刀具寿命提高了100%~366.67%,分散磨粒立式钝化刀具寿命提高了88.89%~277.78%。在形状因子K=0.9,0.97,1.02时,硅胶磁弹磨粒钝化的刀具寿命相对于分散磨粒立式钝化分别降低41.18%和提高5.88%,147.06%,总体上硅胶磁弹磨粒钝化的刀具寿命高于分散磨粒立式钝化。总体上表现出较小的K值具有更长的刀具寿命。
Tool passivation can remove the micro-defects of the edge,which plays an important role in reducing tool wear.In this paper,the cemented carbide end milling cutters are passivated by magneto-elastic abrasive dual disk magnetic force and dispersed abrasive vertical passivation.Combined with TC4 milling experiments,the effects of different passivation methods on edge morphology and tool wear are explored.The results show that in the passivation experiment,the edge uniformity of silica gel magneto-elastic abrasive passivation is higher than that of dispersed abrasive vertical passivation,and the edge roughness of the former is generally lower than that of the latter.In TC4 milling experiment,tool passivation can greatly improve the edge wear and chipping.The life of silica gel magneto-elastic abrasive passivation tool is increased by 100%~366.67%,and the life of dispersed abrasive vertical passivation tool is increased by 88.89%~277.78%.When the shape factors K=0.9,0.97,1.02,the tool life of silica gel magneto-elastic abrasive passivation is decreased by 41.18%,and increased by 5.88%,and 147.06%,respectively,compared with that of dispersed abrasive vertical passivation.In general,the tool life of silica gel magnet-oelastic abrasive passivation is higher than that of dispersed abrasive vertical passivation.The tool life generally shows a smaller K value and a longer life.
