数控卧式内腔加工专机动力学建模及仿真分析

摘要 针对数控卧式内腔加工专机的动力学特性,基于子结构法进行了机械系统动力学建模,通过有限元仿真验证所建立模型的正确性。通过拉格朗日方程建立整机动力学方程,采用吉村允孝法求出专机各子结构间的结合面动力学参数,应用有限元软件对机床三维CAD模型进行模态分析,将获得的结果与解析法求解结果进行对比,两者的最大相对误差为7.42%。结果表明:所建立的动力学模型可以有效模拟内腔加工专机的动力学特性,为之后进行专机的数字孪生研究奠定基础。 Aiming at the dynamic characteristics of the CNC horizontal cavity machining machine,the dynamics modeling of the mechanical system is carried out based on the substructure method,and the correctness of the established model is verified by finite element simulation.The dynamic equation of the whole machine is established by the Lagrange equation,and then the dynamic parameters of the joint surface between the substructures of the special machine are obtained by the Yoshomura method.The finite element software is used to carry out modal analysis on the three-dimensional CAD model of the machine tool,and the obtained results are compared with those obtained by the analytical method.The maximum relative error of the two is 7.42%.The results show that the dynamic model established in this paper can effectively simulate the dynamic characteristics of the special machine for inner cavity machining,which lays a foundation for the digital twin research of the special machine.
