摘要
QT700-10球墨铸铁具有良好的减振性和自润滑功能,抗压和抗拉能力强于灰铸铁,但是QT700-10的塑形和韧性比钢低很多,可加工性不高。为了研究QT700-10的钻削力和加工质量,设计正交试验,使用硬质合金钨钢涂层钻头钻削QT700-10工件。利用极差分析方法,对钻削合力及孔圆度误差进行影响因素评价。影响钻削合力的因素依次为每齿进给量>钻头直径>主轴转速;影响孔圆度误差的因素依次为每齿进给量>主轴转速>钻头直径。钻头的主要磨损形式是黏结磨损,10mm钻头的磨损宽度最大。综合考虑钻削合力、孔圆度误差和钻头磨损后,提出QT700-10的钻削加工关键参数组合为:钻头直径为8mm,主轴转速为3000r/min,每齿进给量为0.18mm/r。
Ductile iron QT700-10 has good vibration damping and self-lubricating functions,and its compressive and tensile capacity is stronger than that of gray cast iron.However,QT700-10 has a much lower shape and toughness than steel,and its machinability is not high.In order to study the drilling force and machining quality of QT700-10,an orthogonal experiment is designed to drill QT700-10 workpieces with a carbide tungsten steel coated drill bit.Using the range analysis method,the influencing factors of the drlling resultant force and hole roundness error are evaluated.The primary and secondary factors affecting the drlling resultant force are feed per tooth>drill diameter>spindle speed,and the primary and secondary factors affecting hole roundness error are feed per tooth>spindle speed>drill diameter.The main wear form of the drill bit is bond wear,and the wear width of the 1Omm drill bit is the largest.After comprehensively considering the drilling resultant force,hole roundness error and drill bit wear,the combination of key drlling parameters for QT700-10 is proposed as follows,drill diameter is 8mm,spindle speed is 3000r/min,and feed per tooth is 0.18mm/r.
