摘要
为提高密封性能,带密封面的特殊螺纹连接应用广泛,但密封面却严重限制了螺纹刀具的高效施展。本加工方案灵活利用了刀具、螺纹及密封面三者之间的有限空间,通过改良结构充分释放了刀齿排布和定位装夹两个方向的设计空间,辅以量身定制的加工程序,最终形成一套同时解决加工效率、刀具偏转和螺纹毛刺的精准工艺方案。
In order to improve the sealing performance,the special thread connection with sealing surface is widely used,but the sealing surface seriously limits the efficient display of the thread cutter.Processing scheme is implemented,by the flexible use of the limited space between cutting tools,thread and the sealing surface,throngh the structural improvement the design space in the two directions of cutter tooth arrangement and clamping is fully released,supplemented by tailormade machining procedures,eventually a set of processing plan to solve machining efficiency,cutting tool deflection and thread burr at the same time is formed.
