摘要
将Ti(C,N)基金属陶瓷在1350℃以上以不同的升温速率和烧结气氛工艺进行烧结,采用SEM、XRD等分析研究了合金性能的影响,并进行了45钢的车削性能测试。结果表明:不同烧结工艺可以获得不同的合金性能和外观形态,慢速烧结促进烧结过程的固溶程度,真空条件可以促进(200)择优,在连续切削45钢时具有更优异的耐磨性能。
The influence of heating rate and atmosphere on both microstructure and cutting performance of the Ti(C,N)-based cermets are investigated above 1350℃.The microstructure properties are analyzed by scanning electron microscopy(SEM)and X-ray diffraction(XRD),also the turning performance on carbon steel are tested.The results show that different sintering parameters can induce different properties and morphologies.Slow heating rate can promote solution process,while vacuum condition can induce higher(200),which shows beter wear resistance in continuous turning.
