新生儿安宁疗护的伦理问题分析

An Analysis of Ethical Issues in Neonatal Hospice Care

对于早产、预后极差甚至不能存活的新生儿及其家庭来说,新生儿安宁疗护无疑是减轻患儿痛苦、提高生命质量、帮助患儿父母渡过难关的最好方式。我国新生儿安宁疗护存在传统生死观与现代生命质量理念的冲突、传统医德的观念阻力等伦理问题。为此,应通过积极开展死亡教育、建立健全医学伦理教育体系以及改善新生儿安宁疗护伦理环境等举措,试图解决新生儿安宁疗护面临的伦理难题,为推动新生儿安宁疗护制度建设以及我国新生儿安宁疗护发展提供理论参考。

For premature babies and fatal diseases with very poor prognosis,and even cannot survive newborns and their families,neonatal hospice care is undoubtedly the best way to reduce the pain of children,improve the quality of life,and help their parents through the difficulties.There are some ethical problems,such as the conflict between the traditional concept of life and death and the modern concept of life quality,and the concept resistance of traditional medical ethics.Therefore,it is necessary to solve the ethical problems faced by actively carrying out the death education,establishing and improving the medical ethics education system and improving the ethical environment of neonatal hospice care,so as to provide theoretical reference for promoting the construction of neonatal hospice care system and the development of neonatal hospice care in China.
