基于网络平台的翻转课堂下参与式教学在超声诊断学中的应用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的探讨基于网络平台的翻转课堂下参与式教学在超声诊断学中的应用效果。方法选取锦州医科大学医学影像学专业本科生204人,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组102人。采用基于网络平台的翻转课堂下参与式教学模式作为试验组,对照组采用传统教学方法,两组进行比较。结果试验组理论成绩及技能成绩均高于对照组(P<0.05),差异有统计学意义。调查问卷结果显示,医学影像专业本科生能够适应基于网络平台的翻转课堂下参与式教学方法。结论基于网络平台的翻转课堂下参与式教学在超声诊断学中效果明显,有助于提高教学水平,满足基层卫生超声人才发展的需求。 Objective Explore the application effect of participatory teaching method in flipped classroom based on network platform in ultrasound diagnostics.Methods 204 undergraduate students majoring in medical imaging from Jinzhou Medical University were selected and randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 102 students in each group.The participatory teaching method in flipped classroom based on the network platform was applied to the experimental group,and the traditional teaching method was applied to the control group,and the teaching effect of the two groups was compared.Results The theoretical and skill scores of the experimental group were higher than the control group(P<0.05),the difference was statistically significant.The questionnaire results show that the medical imaging undergraduates can adapt to participatory teaching method in flipped classroom based on network platform.Conclusion The participatory teaching method in flipped classroom based on the network platform has an obvious effect in ultrasound diagnostics,which is helpful to improve the teaching level and meets the needs of development of talents in the primary health field of ultrasound diagnostics.
