Three-Dimensional Analysis of College Students’ Labor Education in the New Era

新时代大学生最富活力、创造力和劳动力,高校应该更好地对他们开展劳动教育。劳动教育具备加快推进教育现代化、助力国家行业建设和培养新时代人才的作用。本文通过灵活的教育途径、明确的教育宗旨和多样的教育评价三方面所体现的内容指向,以永葆“三农”初心情怀、师生共享个人生活叙事、学科教学有机渗透劳育、家校共同搭建培育机制四个方面进行新时代大学生劳动教育的自我实现,切实提升实效性。

In the new era,college students are the most energetic,creative,and labor force-oriented,so colleges and universities should better carry out labor education for them.Labor education plays the role of a ccelerating educational modernization,assisting in the construction of national industries,and cultivating talents in the new era.In this thesis,through the three aspects of a flexible education path,clear education purpose,and diversified education evaluation,four aspects of labor education of college students in the new era are carried out for self-actualization and practical improvement of effectiveness:keeping the initial feelings of“three farmers”,sharing personal life narratives between teachers and students,organic penetration of labor education in subject teaching,and building cultivation mechanism between home and school.
