Cultivation Strategies of Intercultural Communication Consciousness and Competence in Junior High School English Education under the New Curriculum Standard

新课标谋划初中英语教育教学的新时代格局,坚守人文交流初心,推动多元文化相互交流,强化跨文化交际意识与能力的培养,由此构成新时代初中英语教育新使命。在新课标下初中英语教育现代化发展进程中,无论是核心素养的培育还是优秀教育成果的输出都需要探索师生跨文化交际的教学机制,实现中文语言系统和文化元素的双向适应、双向接受,从而达成教育目标。本文立足新课标背景,阐释新时代初中英语教育新使命,分析新时代书写初中英语教育教学新主题,进一步探索跨文化交际意识与能力培养的主题生成。

The New Curriculum Standard plans the new era pattern of junior high school English education,adhering to the original aspiration of cultural exchange,promoting multicultural communication,and strengthening the cultivation of intercultural communication consciousness and competence,which constitutes the new mission of junior high school English education in the new era.In the process of modernization of junior high school English education under the new curriculum standard,both the cultivation of core literacy and the output of excellent educational achievements require explorations of the teaching mechanism of intercultural communication between teachers and students,accomplishing the two-way adaptation and acceptance of Chinese language system and cultural elements,so as to achieve the educational goals.Based on the background of the New Curriculum Standard,this paper explains the new mission of junior high school English education in the new era,analyzes the new theme of junior high school English education in the new era,and further explores the theme generation of intercultural communication awareness and competence cultivation.
