复方苦参注射液联合唑来膦酸治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移癌痛的临床观察

Clinical Observations of Compound Kushen Injection Combined with Zoledronic Acid in the Treatment of Metastatic Bone Pain Caused by Advanced Breast Cancer

目的:探讨复方苦参注射液联合唑来膦酸治疗晚期乳腺癌骨转移癌痛患者的临床效果。方法:选取2016年1月~2020年6月期间于本院肿瘤内科诊断为晚期乳腺癌骨转移癌痛的80例患者作为研究对象,均为女性。采用随机数字表法分为对照组与治疗组,每组40例。对照组采用唑来膦酸单药治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加用复方苦参注射液。观察两组患者骨痛改善程度、体力状态KPS评分、生活质量评价及不良反应发生情况。结果:治疗后,治疗组骨转移疼痛总缓解率(85.0%)高于对照组(65.0%,P<0.05);治疗组体力状态KPS评分提高率(57.5%)高于对照组(35.0%,P<0.05);治疗组躯体功能、情绪功能、社会功能、未来憧憬等生活质量评分高于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组发热、肌肉酸痛不良反应事件发生率低于对照组,但两组比较无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液联合唑来膦酸治疗可缓解晚期乳腺癌骨转移癌痛,改善患者生活质量与体力状态,且可降低单用唑来膦酸的不良反应,值得在临床上应用。

Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy of compound Kushen injection combined with zoledronic acid in the treatment of metastatic bone pain in patients with advanced breast cancer.Methods:80 female patients with bone metastasis in advanced breast cancer treated in the Department of Oncology of our hospital during January 2016 to June 2020 were selected.The patients were randomly assigned into control group or treatment group with 40 patients in each group.The control group was treated with zoledronic acid alone,and the treatment group was treated with compound Kushen injection in combination with zoledronic acid.The improvement extent of bone pain,performance status KPS score,quality of life evaluation and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results:The total remission rate of pain caused by bone metastasis in the treatment group(85.0%)was higher than that in the control group(65.0%,P<0.05).The improvement rate of performance status KPS score in the treatment group(57.5%)was higher than that in the control group(35.0%,P<0.05).The scores in quality of life domains including physical function,emotional function,social function and future perspective in the treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse events of fever and muscle pain in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group,but there was no statistical difference between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Treatment with compound Kushen injection combined with zoledronic acid can relief the metastatic bone pain,improve the quality of life and performance status of patients with advanced breast cancer and is associated with less adverse reactions than zoledronic acid monotherapy.
