中药侧柏叶治疗脂溢性脱发的探讨

Discussion on Platycladus Orientalis Leaves in the Treatment of Seborrheic Alopecia

脂溢性脱发在日常生活中较为常见,且病因复杂,其发病机制尚未明确。随着人们生活水平的不断提高,人们对自身外在形象的要求也越来越高。中医药治疗脂溢性脱发具有较好的临床疗效,复发率低,且不良反应较少。侧柏叶气清香,味苦涩、微辛,归肺、肝、脾经,具有凉血止血、化痰止咳和生发乌发之功效。本研究通过概述脂溢性脱发的病因病机、侧柏叶治疗脂溢性脱发的作用成份及治疗机理、临床治疗相关研究和治疗效果,以期为临床治疗脂溢性脱发提供新方向和新思路。

Seborrheic alopecia is a common condition with complex etiology and unidentified pathogenesis.With the continuous improvement of people's living standards,people pay more and more attention to their physical appearance.Traditional Chinese medicines have been demonstrated with positive clinical efficacy,low recurrence rate and few adverse reactions in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia.The leaves of platycladus orientalis have a refreshing fragrance,a bitter and slightly pungent taste,and are directed towards the lung,liver,and spleen meridians.They have the effects of cooling blood,stopping bleeding,resolving phlegm,stopping cough,and promoting hair growth and blackening hair.In this study,we summarized the etiology and pathogenesis of seborrheic alopecia,the active components and therapeutic mechanism of platycladus orientalis leaves in the treatment of seborrheic alopecia,clinical treatment studies and therapeutic effects,in order to provide a new direction and new ideas for the clinical treatment of seborrheic alopecia.
