高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌的临床感染及诊疗

Clinical Infection,Diagnosis and Treatment of Hypervirulent Klebsiella Pneumoniae

高毒力肺炎克雷伯菌(hvKP)是一种特殊的不断进化的肺炎克雷伯菌(KP)毒株,比经典肺炎克雷伯菌(cKP)具有更高的毒力。其特点是社区获得性、多位点感染以及感染宿主多为年轻健康者,常伴发多器官损害,严重时可致残、致死。目前暂无公认的快速可靠的识别手段及特异性治疗。本文作者将对hvKP感染的相关特征加以综述,为提高早期识别率和治愈率提供参考。

Hypervirulent Klebsiella pneumoniae(hvKP)is an evolving bacteria strain with higher virulence than the classical Klebsiella pneumoniae(cKP).It was characterized by community acquirement,multiple infectious sites,mainly young and healthy hosts,and often occurred complications,like multiple organ damage,resulting in severe disability,and finally fatal events.Currently,no reliable and high-efficient approaches were developed for early recognization and treatment.In this article,we reviewed the pathological and clinical features of hvKP infection to provide a reference for fast diagnosis and therapy and improve the prognosis.
