宫腔镜下缓释左炔诺孕酮宫内系统宫腔内固定术1例报道

A Case Report of Hysteroscopic Sustained Release of Levonorgestrel Intrauterine System Intrauterine Fixation

缓释左炔诺孕酮宫内系统(LNG-IUS)是治疗子宫腺肌症、子宫内膜增生的一种有效手段,而环脱落也是一个常见的问题,影响有适应证患者的临床应用,本研究报道了1例采用冷刀宫腔镜系统结合3 mm腹腔镜针持,用2-0不可吸收外科缝线将LNG-IUS环缝合固定于宫腔,并采用腹腔镜推结器将线结推入宫腔的LNG-IUS的固定方法,以供临床参考。

Sustained-release levonorgestrel intrauterine system(LNG-IUS)is an effective means for the treatment of adenomyosis and endometrial hyperplasia,and vaginal ring shedding is also a common problem,affecting the clinical application for patients with indications.In this study,a case of LNG-IUS ring was sutured and fixed in the uterine cavity with 2-0 non-absorbable surgical suture using cold-knife hysteroscopy system combined with 3 mm laparoscopic needle holding,and the LNG-IUS fixation method was used to push the suture into the uterine cavity with laparoscopic nodule pusher for clinical reference.
