SPOC支持下的妇产科线上线下混合式教学模式探讨

Discussion on Online and Offline Mixed Teaching Mode of Obstetrics and Gynecology Supported by SPOC

当今信息时代,互联网已融入教育各个领域,各种线上课程及线上交流平台应运而生。互联网教学独特的优势迎合了高等教育模式改革的需求。然而,妇产科学是要求临床技能和实践操作的医学课程,单纯的口头讲述和讨论难以达到真实操作的效果。线上教学的运用与评估也存在诸多影响因素和不完善之处。在新时期探索适合妇产科学本科生教学的模式具有重要意义。文章在前期调研的基础上探讨线上及线下相结合的混合式教学模式,在教学设计中将小规模个性化在线课程(small private online course,SPOC)与翻转课堂(flipped classroom,FCR)有机结合,围绕优化教学模式及教学内容进行初步探讨,以期为提高本科生教学效率和教学质量,培养妇产科人才提供参考和借鉴。

In the information age,the Internet has been integrated into all fields of education,and various online courses and online communication platforms have emerged as times require.The unique advantages of Internet Teaching cater to the needs of higher education mode reform.However,obstetrics and gynecology are medical courses covering theory as well as clinical skill-oriented practical training.It is difficult to achieve the effect of real operation by simple oral description and discussion.Besides,there are many influencing factors and imperfections in the application and evaluation of online teaching.It is of great significance to establish a teaching model suitable for undergraduate education in obstetrics and gynecology in the new era.Based on the results from previous research,this project explored a new and hybrid teaching mode defined as small private online course(SPOC)combined with flipped classroom(FCR).The article summarized methods of optimizing the teaching pathway and teaching content in order to provide reference for improving the teaching efficiency and quality and the learning outcomes of undergraduates.
