摘要
目的评价以案例为导向的教学法(case-based learning,CBL)与标准化病人(standardized patients,SP)联合教学法在急诊临床教学中的应用效果。方法2020年1月—2021年1月将60名在急诊科参加内蒙古医科大学附属医院住院医师规范化培训的住院医师随机分成两组,试验组采用CBL结合SP教学法,对照组采用传统教学法,通过考试及问卷调查评估教学效果。结果试验组出科考试各项成绩均高于对照组,尤其是技能考试成绩明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。对两组学员进行医患沟通技能评价量表问卷调查得分的比较,试验组得分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。同时调查问卷结果显示试验组的住院医师对联合教学法评价较好。结论CBL结合SP教学法在急诊临床教学中更有利于提高教学效果并赢得了学生的认可。
Objective Evaluate the effectiveness of combining case based learning(CBL)and standardized patients(SP)teaching methods in emergency clinical teaching.Methods Sixty resident physicians who participated in standardized training for resident physicians in the emergency department from January 2020 to January 2021 were randomly divided into two groups.The experimental group used CBL combined with SP teaching method,while the control group used traditional teaching method.The teaching effect was evaluated through exams and questionnaire surveys.Results The results of the entrance examination in the experimental group were higher than those in the control group,especially in the skill exam,which was significantly higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).Comparing the scores of the SEGUE questionnaire survey between two groups of students,the experimental group scored higher than the control group,with a statistically significant difference(P<0.05).At the same time,the survey questionnaire results showed that the resident physicians in the experimental group had a good evaluation of the joint teaching method.Conclusion The combination of CBL and SP teaching method in emergency clinical teaching is more conducive to improving teaching effectiveness and has won the recognition of students.
