摘要 目的探讨以案例为基础教学法(case-based learning,CBL)联合循证医学(evidence-based medicine,EBM)在重症医学科临床教学中的应用价值。方法选取遵义医科大学附属医院重症医学科2021年1—12月接收的48名轮转实习的医学生作为研究组。另取遵义医科大学附属医院重症医学科2020年1—12月接收的43名轮转实习的医学生作为对照组。对照组实施常规临床教学,研究组在基于常规临床教学融入CBL联合EBM教学法,对比两组医学生理论考核成绩与实践考核成绩。结果研究组理论考核成绩要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.135,P<0.001);研究组实践考核成绩要高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(t=4.774,P<0.001)。研究组医学生临床带教满意度(95.83%)要明显高于对照组(81.40%),差异有统计学意义(t=4.834,P=0.028)。结论在重症医学科临床教学过程中采取CBL联合EBM教学法能够进一步提高教学质量,充分调动医学生学习积极性与主观能动性,有利于强化医学生综合能力,提高学生对于带教的满意度。 Objective To explore the application value of case-based learning(CBL)combined with evidencebased medicine(EBM)in clinical teaching of critical care medicine.Methods A total of 48 medical students who received rotational internships from the department of critical care medicine in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January to December 2021 were selected as the research group.Another 43 medical students who received rotational internships in the department of critical care medicine in Affiliated Hospital of Zunyi Medical University from January to December 2020 were selected as the control group.The control group was treated with routine clinical teaching,while the research group was treated with CBL combined with EBM teaching method based on routine clinical teaching.The theoretical assessment scores and practical assessment scores of the two groups of medical students were compared.Results The theoretical assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.135,P<0.001),the practical assessment scores of the research group were higher than those of the control group,with a statistically significant difference(t=4.774,P<0.001).The clinical teaching satisfaction of medical students in the study group(95.83%)was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.40%),and the difference was statistically significant(t=4.834,P=0.028).Conclusion The CBL combined with EBM teaching method in the clinical teaching of critical care medicine can further improve the quality of teaching,fully mobilize the enthusiasm and initiative of medical students to learn,help strengthen the comprehensive ability of medical students,and improve students'satisfaction with teaching.
