三甲综合医院低年资临床护理人员在职培训需求现状调查分析

Investigation and Analysis of the Current Situation of On-the-job Training Needs of Clinical Nursing Staff With Low Seniority in a Tertiary Hospital

摘要 目的了解三甲综合医院低年资临床护理人员培训需求现状。方法2021年3月采用自行设计的低年资临床护理人员培训需求调查问卷,对广州市某三级甲等医院516名低年资护理人员培训需求现状进行调查,根据工作年限分为A组≤1年,1年<B组≤3年,3年<C组≤5年分析培训需求。结果516名低年资护士对在职培训总需求得分为(4.33±0.46)分,整体需求水平较高。年资越低对培训需求越高,操作技能(4.47±0.51)得分较高,操作技能培训需求差异最明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。随着年资增长对教学能力、科研能力培训需求增加。各维度中得分最高的培训内容题目依次是抢救药相关知识条目、危重患者的病情观察及抢救配合条目、体格检查条目、论文撰写条目。结论本研究对低年资护理人员培训需求进行了总结,能为制定的针对性、多元化的培训方案提供参考依据。 Objective To investigate the training needs of clinical nursing staff with low seniority in a tertiary hospital.Methods In March 2021,a self-designed questionnaire was used to investigate the training needs of 516 young clinical nursing staff from a tertiary A hospital in Guangzhou.Based on their work experience,they were divided into A group≤1 year,1 year<B group≤3 years,and 3 years<C group≤5 years to analyze their training needs.Results High total demand score of 516 junior nurses(4.33±0.46)points in training demand.The lower the seniority,the higher the training demand,with the highest score of theoretical knowledge(4.48±0.53)points and operational skill(4.47±0.51)points.Operational skills training requirements were most significantly and(P<0.05)were statistically significant.With the growth of annual capital,the demand for teaching ability and scientific research ability training increases.The items with the highest score in each dimension were the items of knowledge related to rescue medicine,the items of observation and rescue cooperation of critical patients,the items of physical examination,and the items of paper drafting.Conclusion This study summarizes the training needs of junior nursing staff and can provide reference for targeted and diversified training programs.
