生物信息学分析对于肿瘤学硕士研究生培养的意义 被引量:1

摘要 医学研究生教育的目标,是培养出具备较高临床诊疗水平和科研水平的医学生。然而,临床实践与科研实践往往难以兼顾,是目前医学研究生教育中面临的难题。肿瘤发生的原因,往往是由于基因的突变或表达异常。近年来,测序、芯片等高通量检测技术的普及,为肿瘤学研究提供了海量的数据。采用生物信息学的方法,对高通量数据进行分析,可以预测或证明肿瘤发生发展的分子机制,从而为肿瘤学研究提供了一种全新的策略,显著提高了肿瘤学研究的效率。将生物信息学分析,引入肿瘤学研究生的培养模式中,有助于让研究生在完成临床实践要求的前提下,仍然能够实现科研素养的提升,从而有效解决肿瘤学研究生教育中面临的临床实践与科研实践的时间分配难题。 Medical postgraduate education puts forward higher requirements for cultivating the level of clinical diagnosis and treatment and scientific research.However,it is often difficult to balance clinical practice and scientific research practice,which is a difficult problem faced by medical postgraduate education.The cause of tumorigenesis is often due to gene mutation or abnormal expression.In recent years,the popularity of high-throughput detection technologies such as sequencing and microarrays have provided massive data for oncology researches.Using bioinformatics methods to analyze high-throughput data can predict or prove the molecular mechanism of tumor occurrence and development,thus providing a new strategy for oncology researches and significantly improving the efficiency of oncology research.The introduction of bioinformatics analysis into the training model of oncology graduate students will help graduate students to improve their scientific research literacy on the premise of fulfilling the requirements of clinical practice,thus effectively solving the problem of time distribution of clinical practice and scientific research practice faced in oncology graduate education.
