城市工业遗产再改造设计——以陶溪川为例

Reconstruction Design of Urban Industrial Heritage:A Case Study of Taoxichuan

工业遗产作为城市工业历史文化的载体,见证了历史工业的发展,承载着城市的记忆与情感。在城市高速发展和转型背景下,传统工业建筑的改造迎来了新的发展机遇。工业遗产改造研究是城市与建筑更新的一个重要课题,工业遗产改造的相关项目实践也随着我国对遗产保护理论研究的不断深入而逐渐增加。本文以陶溪川·CHINA坊工业园区改造为例,阐述了国内外工业遗产研究设计的现状,分析了工业遗产的价值,归纳整理了工业遗产改造的重塑策略,对陶溪川的改造设计进行了分析。

As the carrier of urban industrial history and culture,industrial heritage has witnessed the development of historical industry,carrying the memory and emotion of the city.With the rapid development and transformation of the city,the transformation of traditional industrial buildings has ushered in new development opportunities.The research of industrial heritage transformation is an important subject of urban and architectural renewal.The practice of related projects of industrial heritage reform gradually increases with the deepening research of heritage protection theory.Taking the transformation of Taoxichuan·CHINA Fang Industrial Park as an example,this paper expounds the status quo of industrial heritage research and design at home and abroad,analyzes the value of industrial heritage,sums up the remodeling strategy of industrial heritage transformation,and analyzes the transformation design of Taoxichuan.
