摘要
由于皮革自身松软易变型的特性,使其厚度测量方法受到了限制。为了进一步提高皮革厚度测量的精度,推动皮料的制造,采用电容式点阵传感器进行位移检测,可以保证其在轻工业中应用的稳定性和准确性。经实际应用可知,本仪器采用软、硬件相结合的方式,测量精度高、分辨率高、功耗低、稳定性好。
The thickness measurement method of leather is limited because of its soft and changeable characteristics.In order to further improve the precision of leather thickness measurement and promote the manufacturing of leather,capacitive lattice sensor is used for displacement detection to ensure its stability and accuracy in light industry application.Through practical application,the instrument adopts a combination of hardware and software,high precision,high resolution,low power consumption,good stability.
