摘要
为降低水中高浓度游离氯的含量,使其排放不影响生态环境,本文通过对营养琼脂及其有效成分去除水中游离氯效果的研究,顺利降低了水中游离氯的含量,为鱼类养殖、管网消毒废水的排放等提供便利条件。实验模拟自来水中游离氯的情况以及新铺设管网消毒时水中游离氯的情况,定量称取营养琼脂、牛肉浸粉、蛋白胨、琼脂分别配制成10%的溶液,再分别加至实验用水(含氯)中。实验结果显示,营养琼脂、牛肉浸粉、蛋白胨均可有效去除水中的游离氯,综合考虑去除效果及经济效益,最终选择用蛋白胨去除水中的游离氯。
In order to reduce the high concentration of free chlorine in water and not affect the ecological environment,this paper studies the effect of nutrient AGAR and its active ingredients on the removal of free chlorine in water,successfully reducing the content of free chlorine in water,and providing convenient conditions for the discharge of fi sh culture and pipe network disinfection wastewater.The experiment simulated the free chlorine in tap water and the free chlorine in water when the newly laid pipe network was disinfected.The nutrient AGAR,beef infusion powder,peptone and AGAR were respectively prepared into 10%solution,and then added to the experimental water(containing chlorine)respectively.The experimental results showed that the nutrient AGAR,beef infusion powder and peptone could effectively remove the free chlorine in water.Considering the removal effect and economic benefi t,the fi nal choice is to remove free chlorine from water with peptone.
