滤膜浓缩固定-显微镜镜检计数法定量分析地表水中浮游植物的探讨

摘要 本文建立了滤膜浓缩固定-显微镜镜检计数法测定地表水中的浮游植物的定量分析方法。结果表明,对浮游植物密度高中低三个浓度梯度样品进行测试,其相对标准偏差为2.9%、2.7%、2.1%,空白基质加标回收率为91.6%~103%。结果表明:该方法具有浮游植物流失量少、效率高、对分析人员经验要求低的特点,同时精密度和正确度均能满足水生态环境监测的需要,适合地表水样品中浮游生物密度的测定。 A quantitative method for the determination of phytoplankton in surface water by fi ltration fi xation-microscopic counting method has been developed in this paper.The results showed that the relative standard deviations of three concentration gradients of phytoplankton density were 2.9%,2.7%and 2.1%,the recoveries of blank matrix were 91.6%~103%.The results show that this method has the characteristics of less phytoplankton loss,high effi ciency,and less empirical requirements for analysts.At the same time,the precision and accuracy can meet the needs of water ecological environment monitoring,and is suitable for the determination of plankton density in surface water samples.
