刍议新时期我国水环境质量影响因素及水生态环境保护措施

On the Infl uencing Factors of Water Environment Quality and the Protection Measures of Water Ecological Environment in the New Period

在社会经济快速发展背景下,我国为了发展工农业相对忽视了对水生态环境的保护,使水资源被过度消耗,水生态环境污染问题严峻,破坏了生态环境的动态平衡,威胁动植物的生长繁殖,影响人与自然的和谐相处。本文通过分析新时期水环境质量影响因素,针对我国水生态环境保护现状,提出新时期我国水生态环境保护措施,并立足新时期生态环境保护理念与可持续发展理念,遵循因地制宜原则,有针对性地加强水污染治理和水生态环境保护,提高水环境质量。

Under the background of rapid social and economic development,for the development of industry and agriculture,relatively ignore water ecological environmental protection,make our water resources have been excessive consumption,water ecological environment pollution problem is serious,destroy the ecological environment dynamic balance,threatening plant and animal growth and reproduction,affect human and nature harmony.Based on the analysis of the infl uencing factors of water environment quality and the present situation of Chinese water ecological environment protection,this paper puts forward the measures of water ecological environment protection in the new period,based on the ecological environment protection concept and sustainable development concept in the new period,followed the principle of local conditions,targeted to strengthen the treatment of water pollution and water ecological environment protection,improve the quality of water environment.
