Soil Environment Investigation and Risk Assessment of A Chemical Site

工业遗留的环境问题不仅可能对土壤、地下水等造成一定影响,而且可能危害到群众的健康安全。依据《中华人民共和国土壤污染防治法》第五十九条第二款,用途变更为住宅、公共管理与公共服务用地的,变更前应当按照规定进行土壤污染状况调查。本文以宁波某化工企业污染场地为例,对其土壤和地下水污染情况进行场地调查,为地块后续的治理、收储、开发等工作提供相应的数据和技术支持。

The environmental problems left by industrial enterprises may not only have a certain impact on soil and groundwater,but also endanger people’s health and safety.According to the second paragraph of Article 59 of the Law of People’s Republic of China(PRC)on the Prevention and Control of Soil Pollution,if the use is changed to residential,public management and public service land,the soil pollution situation shall be investigated in accordance with the regulations before the change.Taking the contaminated site of a chemical enterprise in Ningbo as an example,this paper intends to investigate the soil and groundwater pollution in order to provide corresponding data and technical support for the subsequent treatment,storage and development of the plot.
