摘要 本文从城市污水治理中提质增效治理的必要性出发,阐述了建立集地理、基础、实时数据为一体的智慧排水系统的重要性,建成一个集信息共享、综合管理、综合运行监控、应急处置、辅助决策分析于一体的多功能综合管理智慧排水平台,可为排水管网管理、防汛排涝、水质监测、应急指挥等提供系统化支持,从而实现生产自动化、传输网络化、办公无纸化、管理现代化、服务智能化等功能。通过增加“智慧排水”系统中自动化生产设备、仪表等的配套使用,使传统城市污水治理项目,利用现代技术手段实现水治理的提质增效。 In this paper,from the urban wastewater treatment to improve the quality and effi ciency of governance needs,the importance of establishing a set of geographic,basic,real-time data for the integration of intelligent drainage system,the completion of a set of information sharing,integrated management,integrated operation monitoring,emergency disposal,auxiliary decision-making analysis in one multi-functional integrated management of intelligent drainage platform,can provide drainage network management,flood control and drainage,water quality monitoring,emergency command,etc.Systematic support,so as to achieve production automation,transmission network,paperless offi ce,and other functions,by adding a series of“intelligent drainage”production automation of the corresponding equipment,instrumentation,system applications,so that in the traditional urban wastewater management project,through scientifi c and technological means to achieve water management Improve quality and effi ciency.
