铅酸蓄电池在电网中的健康监测及梯次利用 被引量:1

摘要 铅酸蓄电池作为后备电源在电网中被广泛应用,是维护电网安全运行的重要保障。然而,铅酸蓄电池在服役过程中可能面临极板硫酸盐化、负极汇流排腐蚀、失水和正极板腐蚀等问题,引发蓄电池的热失控和早期容量衰退等失效现象。通过在线监测铅酸蓄电池的电压、温度、内阻和电流等数据,可预测其健康状况。同时,电网系统退役下来的状态较好的铅酸蓄电池,在其他领域仍有利用价值,可进行梯次利用。这样既避免了资源浪费,也有效保护了环境,可为“碳达峰”和“碳中和”作出积极贡献。 As the backup power supply,lead-acid battery has been widely used in power grid and is of great importance to maintain the safe operation of power grid.However,the sulfation of the cathode plate,corrosion of the anode busbar,loss of water,and corrosion of the anode plate may result in the failure of the lead-acid battery,such as thermal runaway and capacity decline.The normal status of the lead-acid battery can be predicted based on the monitoring of the voltage,service temperature,internal resistance,and current in real time.Moreover,some retired lead-acid battery from the power grid can be re-used in other areas according to their service status,i.e.,the step utilization.This not only avoids the waste of resources,but also effectively protects the environment,therefore making a positive contribution to the carbon peak and carbon neutrality.
