摘要
目的探讨IDEAL-IQ序列与T^(∗)_(2)map序列定量测量肝脏R^(∗)_(2)值的一致性。方法选取2022年1~8月临床需要进行3.0T腹部磁共振检查的29例患者的磁共振资料进行研究。所有被检查者在常规腹部检查序列的基础上加扫最短TE时间为0.9ms和1.2ms的两组T^(∗)_(2)map序列,常规腹部检查序列中包括IDEAL-IQ序列,在3组序列的R^(∗)_(2)图像上测量肝脏的R^(∗)_(2)值。3组序列得到的R^(∗)_(2)值的两两比较采用配对t检验,R^(∗)_(2)值的一致性采用Pearson相关分析。结果IDEAL-IQ序列、TE时间为0.9ms和1.2ms的T^(∗)_(2)map序列得到的R^(∗)_(2)值分别为52.65±19.47Hz、62.89±23.76Hz和68.14±24.05Hz,两两比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组图像得到的R^(∗)_(2)值两两之间呈正相关。结论IDEAL-IQ序列和T^(∗)_(2)map序列均可用于肝脏R^(∗)_(2)的定量诊断;在存在脂肪肝的患者中推荐使用IDEAL-IQ序列进行肝脏R^(∗)_(2)值的测量。
Objective To evaluate the consistency of quantitative measurement of liver R^(∗)_(2)values between IDEAL-IQ sequence and T^(∗)_(2)map sequence.Methods From January to August 2022,29 patients who needed 3.0T abdominal MRI examination were selected for research.All patients were scanned with two sets of T^(∗)_(2)map sequences with the shortest TE of 0.9ms and 1.2ms after the routine abdominal examination sequence.IDEAL-IQ sequence was included in the routine abdominal sequence.R^(∗)_(2)values were measured by three groups of R^(∗)_(2)images.The paired t test was used to compare each two sets of the three groups of R^(∗)_(2)values.Pearson correlation analysis was used to evaluate the correlation of the three sets of R^(∗)_(2)values.Results The liver R^(∗)_(2)values by IDEAL-IQ sequence and T^(∗)_(2)map sequence with the shortest TE of 0.9ms and 1.2ms were 52.65±19.47Hz,62.89±23.76Hz and 68.14±24.05Hz,respectively;the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).There was a positive correlation between the R^(∗)_(2)values measured by the three groups of images.Conclusion Both IDEAL-IQ sequence and T^(∗)_(2)map sequence can be used for quantitative diagnosis of liver R^(∗)_(2);IDEAL-IQ sequence is recommended in patients with fatty liver.
