多段高压油气地层的热矿水钻采工艺研究

摘要 地热井是获取地下热资源的最有效方式,而地热井在施工过程中存在很多问题。针对含有高压油气复杂地层的地热能开采过程中存在的问题,结合现场施工,进行了井身结构设计、钻井液压力体系设计、钻井液维护处理、增速增效研究,完井方式设计,实现在含有多段高压油气地层、高矿化度地热水、地热水与高压油气同时开采的条件下的优快钻井与完井,为此类复杂地层的地热井施工生产提供宝贵的经验。 Although geothermal wells are considered as the most effective way to obtain underground thermal resources,there are many problems in the construction process of geothermal wells.In view of the problems existing in the process of geothermal energy exploitation in complex formations containing high pressure oil and gas,combined with the field construction,the well bore struc-ture design,drilling fluid pressure system design,drilling fluid maintenance and treatment,growth and efficiency increase re-search,and well completion mode design were carried out.It real-izes the optimal and fast drilling and completion under the condi-tion of simultaneous exploitation of multi-stage high-pressure oil and gas formation,high-salinity geothermal water,geothermal wa-ter and high-pressure oil and gas,and provides valuable experience for the construction and production of geothermal wells in such complex formations.
