摘要 分析目前市场上较为普遍的落差式装箱机现有技术的优缺点,提出改进换道传动、气动护箱和下落缓冲等机构,以增加柔性,减少振动,提升稳定性,解决了工作时振动大,箱体受冲击大,装箱不够稳定等问题。 In order to solve the problems of large vibration,large impact on the box,and unstable packing during the operation of the drop packing machine.This topic analyzes the relatively common drop packing machine technology in the current market,analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of existing technologies and the improvement direction.It will improve the lane changing transmission mechanism,pneumatic box protection mechanism,and drop buffer mechanism.These new technologies can greatly increase the flexibility,reduce vibration,and improve stability of the drop packing machine.
