摘要
为解决湿式双离合自动变速器(DCT)起步飞车问题,通过对双离合器进行摩擦系数理论分析及台架测试,得到摩擦系数与温度、压力、滑摩转速关系,并得到飞车与摩擦特性与滑摩转速负相关存在关系,并摩擦片沟槽深度进行整改(>0.2mm),保证摩擦特性的正相关,改善整车飞车问题。
In order to solve engine flare issue in wet dual clutch transmission(DCT),through theoretical analysis of friction coefficient of dual clutch and bench test,the relationship between friction coefficient and temperature,pressure and sliding friction rotation speed is obtained,and it is obtained that there is a negative correlation between friction characteristics and sliding friction rotation speed,and the groove depth of friction plate is rectified(>0.2mm)to ensure the positive correlation of friction characteristics and improve the problem of vehicle flare speed.
