光纤光栅传感技术在拼接路基沉降监控中的应用

摘要 新老路基拼接过程中差异沉降是施工质量控制的重点。传统差异沉降监测采用水准仪或电磁传感器,工效低,准确性差。本文研究光纤光栅传感器原理和技术优势,并将其与电磁传感器、水准仪观测法进行对比,结果表明:光纤光栅传感器能敏感地捕捉路基路面微小变形,并可随时获取海量数据进行分析,观测数据变异系数小、数据无损失、零点漂移小、准确度高,且埋置于路基路面后能长期使用,具有较高的使用耐久性,对路基沉降观测技术领域具有较好的推广价值。 Differential settlement during the splicing process of new and old roadbeds is the key to construction quality control.Traditional differential settlement monitoring uses a level or electromagnetic sensor,which has low efficiency and poor accuracy.This article studies the principle and technical advantages of fiber optic grating sensors,and through the selection,installation,testing of fiber optic grating distributed sensors,and comparison with electromagnetic sensors and leveling observation methods,it is found that fiber optic grating sensors can sensitively capture small deformations of roadbed and road surfaces,and can obtain massive data for analysis at any time.The observation data has small coefficient of variation,no loss of data,small zero drift,and high accuracy,And it can be used for a long time after being buried on the roadbed and pavement,with high durability,and has good promotion value for the field of roadbed settlement observation technology.
