钢桥数字化模拟预拼装技术研究

摘要 依托某钢桥项目,重点对基于三维激光扫描的模拟预拼装技术进行优化改进和试验验证。试验结果表明:采用三维激光扫描技术可实现对钢桥单节段局部细节、整体形态的精准表达,多节段三维模型拼装后可实现对钢梁整体线型、形态的精确模拟,且模拟预拼装精度满足相关规范要求。 Relying on a steel bridge project,the simulation pre-assembly technology based on 3D laser scanning is optimized and tested.The test results show that the use of 3D laser scanning technology can realize the accurate expression of local details and overall morphology of a single section of steel bridge;the multi-sectional 3D model assembly can realize the accurate simulation of the overall line shape and morphology of steel girder,and the simulation pre-assembly accuracy meets the relevant specification requirements.
