高压摆喷防渗墙在堤防防渗处理工程中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 高压摆喷灌浆法成本较低、施工速度较快,在水利工程中得到了广泛的应用,目前防渗工程中一般采用P·O 42.5普通硅酸盐纯水泥作为注浆材料,然而因为纯水泥浆自身惰性,容易沉淀析水,稳定性差、凝结时间长,为改善纯水泥浆的性能,此次设计采用水泥粘土浆作为注浆体,同时添加膨润土护壁防止塌孔,并采用Autobank软件对该工程防渗加固措施进行了渗流计算,进一步验证了高压摆喷墙在防渗处理中的适用性。 High-pressure pendulum spray grouting method has been widely used in water conservancy projects because of its low cost and fast construction speed.At present,P·O 42.5 ordinary silicate pure cement is generally used as the grouting material in the seepage control project,but the pure cement slurry itself is inert,i.e.,it is easy to precipitate water and has poor stability and long setting time,so the cement clay slurry is used as the grouting body in this design to improve the performance of pure cement slurry,and the bentonite wall protection is added to prevent the collapse of the hole,and Autobank software is used for the seepage control reinforcement of the project,which further verifies the applicability of high-pressure pendulum spray wall in seepage control treatment.
