乡村档案治理是我国乡村振兴战略的基础性工作,乡村档案治理能力建设直接关系到乡村档案治理效能的实现。阐释乡村档案治理能力内容,梳理乡村档案治理现状,从意识增强、制度健全、人才培养、设施更新、技术应用等维度提出了旨在全面提升乡村档案治理能力的相关路径。

Rural archives governance is the basic work of China's rural revitalization strategy,and the capacity building of rural archives governance has a direct impact on the effectiveness of rural archives governance.This paper explains the content of rural archives governance capabilities,analyzes the current situation of rural archives governance,and puts forward relevant strategies to comprehensively improving rural archives governance capabilities from the dimensions of awareness enhancement,system improvement,talent training,facility renewal,and application of technology.
