摘要
2021年《个人信息保护法》的颁布实施,给档案工作中的个人信息利用与保护提出了新的问题和挑战。通过梳理档案工作中个人信息的保护问题相关研究文献,对现有档案工作中个人信息权利的基础概念、实现路径、法规依据、实践工作等方面进行探讨,进一步明确档案工作中个人信息保护的问题意识和研究对象,从法理、技术、视域等方面来丰富研究视角,加快档案工作适应新的法治环境。
The promulgation and implementation of Personal Information Protection Law in 2021 poses new problems and challenges to the utilization and protection of personal information in archives work.By combing the relevant research literature on the protection of personal information in archives work,this paper discusses the basic concept,realization path,legal basis and practical work of personal information rights in existing archives work,further clarifies the problem consciousness and research object of personal information protection in archives work,enriches the research perspective from the aspects of jurisprudence,technology and vision,and accelerates archives work to adapt to the new legal environment.
