摘要
在新的历史背景下,引导大学生返乡创业,除了能缓解毕业生就业压力,还能为乡村剩余劳动力提供大量岗位,促使乡村人口从原先的智力外流转变为智力内循环,进而推进城乡融合发展。大学生是当前巩固脱贫攻坚成果、推动乡村振兴落实的新兴力量,而乡土情怀是其中的核心精神动力,能帮助他们自觉承担起振兴乡村的责任与使命。但从现实情况来看,城市的繁华和喧嚣渐渐吞没了最初立志回报家乡的初衷,忙碌的生活逐步淡化了内心深处的乡情,为改变这一现状,必须基于乡土情怀对大学生返乡创业策略展开探究。文章从大学生返乡创业的重大意义和优势着手,分析了目前其实际开展中所面临的困境,并以此提出了推进学生返乡创业的相关策略。
Under the new historical background,guiding college students to return home to start businesses can not only alleviate the employment pressure of graduates,but also provide a large number of jobs for the rural surplus labor force,problems,and promote the transformation of the rural population from the original intellectual outflow to the internal circulation of intelligence,thus promoting the integration of urban and rural development.College students are the emerging force to consolidate the achievements of poverty alleviation and promote the implementation of rural revitalization,and local sentiment is the core spiritual power,which can help them consciously assume the responsibility and mission of rural revitalization.But from the reality,the bustle and bustle of the city has gradually swallowed up the original intention of returning home,and the busy life has gradually weakened the deep feeling of hometown.In order to change this situation,we must explore the strategies of returning home and entrepreneurship for college students based on local feelings.In this regard,starting from the significance and advantages of college students'homecoming entrepreneurship,this paper analyzes the common difficulties faced in their actual development,and puts forward relevant strategies to promote students'homecoming entrepreneurship.
