非试点地区专科护士参与“互联网+护理服务”真实体验的质性研究

Qualitative research on the real experience of specialist nurses participating the"Internet plus nursing service"in non-pilot areas

目的探讨非试点地区专科护士参与“互联网+护理服务”的真实体验,为“互联网+护理服务”模式在非试点地区的进一步推广与发展提供参考。方法2022年4月-8月对参与“互联网+护理服务”的10名非试点地区专科护士进行半结构式访谈,并运用Colaizzi分析法对访谈资料进行整理分析。结果共提取出3个主题:(1)网约护士具有多重角色认知;(2)“互联网+护理服务”带给网约护士收获感;(3)“互联网+护理服务”中的困难和挑战。结论非试点地区专科护士在参与“互联网+护理服务”过程中不仅发挥了自己的多重角色价值,还收获了诸多积极体验,但“互联网+护理服务”模式在非试点地区的推广与发展仍存在一些挑战,亟需政府、医疗机构、社会群体的推动与助力。

Objective To explore the real experience of specialized nurses participating in the"Internet+nursing service"in the non-pilot areas,so as to provide a reference for its future promotion and development.Methods Based on the phenomenological theory,semi-structured interviews were conducted among 10 specialized nurses participating in"Internet+nursing service"in non-pilot areas between April and August 2022.The data collected were analyzed using the Colaizzi analysis.Results Three themes were extraded,inducling the multiple role perceptions of online nurses,the sense of gain brought by"Internet+nursing services",and the difficulties and challenges in"Internet+nursing services".Conclusion The specialist nurses participating"Internet+nursing service"achieve themselves as multiple roles and have quite a lot positive experiences.However,difficulties and challenged still exist and need the promotion and cooperation among governments,medical institutions and social groups.
