Objective To explore the effect of Cox′s health behavior interaction model on kinesiophobia, anxiety and depression in patients with coronary heart disease(CHD)after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI).Methods Sixty eight CHD patients diagnosed as post-PCI kinesiophobia were selected and randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group, each of 34,according to their admission time. Both groups were given routine nursing, while the experimental group was additionally provided with intervention based on the Cox′s interaction model. Then, both groups were measured the level of kinesiophobia, anxiety and depression. Moreover, they were evaluated using the 6-min walking distance(6MWD).Results After the intervention, the kinesiophobia, anxiety and depression levels of the experimental group were significantly lower than that of the control group(Z=-6.279,P<0.001;Z=-4.887,P<0.001;Z=-2.873,P=0.004).However,the 6MWD distance of the experimental group was significantly longer than the latter(Z=-3.035,P=0.003).Conclusion Cox′s health behavior interaction model can reduce the level of kinetophobia in patients with coronary heart disease after PCI,improve their exercise ability, and relieve their anxiety and depression.
