摘要
目的探讨辨体调质干预对中青年空腹血糖受损兼痰湿体质患者血糖的影响。方法选取2020年1月-12月笔者所在医院收治的中青年空腹血糖受损兼痰湿体质患者113例,采用随机数字表法将其分为干预组57例,对照组56例。对照组给予常规的生活方式干预,干预组在对照组的基础上给予辨体调质干预。分别于干预前,干预3、6个月后比较2组中医痰湿体质积分、体质指数(BMI)、腰围、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖负荷后2 h血糖(2hPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)的变化。结果2组FPG、糖负荷后2 h血糖(2hPG)、HbA1c、中医痰湿体质积分、体质指数(BMI)、腰围在时间、组间、交互效应上比较,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对中青年空腹血糖受损兼痰湿体质人群进行辨体调质干预,可有效改善其痰湿体质及血糖水平。
Objective To explore the effect of body differentiation and conditioning intervention on blood glucose of patients with impaired fasting blood glucose and phlegm dampness constitution.Methods A total of 113 patients,treated in a hospital of traditional Chinese medicine in 2020,with impaired fasting blood glucose and phlegm dampness constitution were selected,and divided into an intervention group of 57 and a control group of 56,according to a random number table.Both groups were given routine lifestyle intervention,while the intervention group was additionally provided with the body differentiation and conditioning program.Before,as well as after 3 and 6 months of intervention,both groups were measured the phlegm dampness constitution score,body mass index(BMI),waist circumference(WC),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG)and hemoglobin A1c(HbA1c).Results After 3 and 6 months of intervention,significant differences were observed in the FPG,2hPG,HbA1c,TCM phlegm-dampness body mass score,BMI and WC between the two groups in terms of time,intergroup and interaction effect(P<0.05).Conclusion Body identification and conditioning program for middle-aged and young people with impaired fasting blood glucose can effectively improve their phlegm-dampness constitution and blood glucose level.
