翻转课堂结合TBL的教学模式在医学生临床技能培训中的应用与研究

摘要 目的针对翻转课堂结合TBL的教学模式在医学生临床技能培训中的应用及对教学质量的提升进行探讨。方法以2021年3—6月、2021年9—12月为对照阶段、观察(教学改革)阶段,分别选择齐齐哈尔医学院临床专业五年级学生各30名作为对照组、教学改革组。在培训过程中对教学改革组学生开展翻转课堂结合小组合作学习(team-based learning,TBL)的教学模式,对照组学生保持常规教学方法。采取一学期培训实践,比对最终培训效果。结果教学改革组学生缝合、脓肿切开、清创术、诊治、换药的得分较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);教学改革组学生满意度(96.67%)高于对照组(80.00%),差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05)。结论在临床技能培训中应用翻转课堂结合TBL的教学模式,能够使医学生改善在学习中出现的各项问题以及不足,获得更为理想的教学效果。 Objective To explore the application of flipped classroom combined with TBL teaching mode in clinical skills training of medical students and the improvement of teaching quality.Methods The March to June 2021 and September to December 2021 were taken as the control stage and observation(teaching reform)stage,30 fifth-year clinical students from Qiqihar Medical College were selected respectively as the control group and the teaching reform group.During the training process,the students in the teaching reform group carried out the teaching mode of flipped classroom combined with TBL,while the students in the control group maintained the conventional teaching method.A semester of training practice was taken to compare the final training effect.Results The scores of students in the teaching reform group on suturing,abscess incision,debridement,diagnosis and treatment,and dressing change were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the satisfaction of students in the teaching reform group(96.67%)was higher than that of the control group(80.00%),the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.043,P<0.05).Conclusion The application of flipped classroom combined with TBL in clinical skills training can enable medical students to improve the problems and deficiencies in learning and obtain more satisfactory teaching results.
