风险管理在降低精神病房护理管理中风险事件和提高护理质量的应用

Application of Risk Management in Reducing Risk Events and Improving Quality of Care in Psychiatric Ward Nursing Management

目的探讨风险管理在降低精神病房护理管理中风险事件和提高护理质量的应用效果。方法选取枣庄市精神卫生中心42名护理人员为研究对象,于2021年7月开始对护理人员进行风险管理,风险管理之前(2021年1—6月)设为对照组,实施传统护理管理;风险管理实施后(2021年7—12月)设为观察组,两组均为同批护理人员。干预后比较两组相关风险事件发生率和护理质量。结果观察组护士的护理文书书写、基础管理、专科护理、安全管理及消毒隔离评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组护理风险事件总发生率为11.90%,低于对照组的19.05%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=2.368,P=0.011)。结论风险管理在精神科护理管理中具有提升护理服务质量,减少风险事件的作用。

Objective To explore the application effect of risk management in reducing risk events and improving nursing quality in psychiatric ward nursing management.Methods Forty-two nursing staff of Zaozhuang Mental Health Center were selected as the study subjects,and risk management for nursing staff was started in July 2021;before risk management(January-June 2021)was set as the control group,and traditional nursing management was implemented;after risk management implement(July-December 2021)was set as the observation group,and both groups were the same batch of nursing staff.The incidence of risk-related events and quality of care in the 2 groups were compared after the intervention.Results The nurses in the observation group had higher nursing instrument writing,basic management,specialty care,safety management and sterilization and isolation scores than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total incidence of nursing risk events in the observation group was 11.90%,which was lower than that in the control group of 19.05%,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=2.368,P=0.011).Conclusion Risk management in psychiatric nursing management has the effect of improving nursing service quality and reducing risk events.
