护理核心制度在职业性尘肺科护理管理中的实施价值探讨

Exploring the Value of Implementing Nursing Core System in the Nursing Management of Occupational Pneumoconiosis Unit

目的探究护理核心制度在职业性尘肺科护理管理中的临床实施价值。方法选取从2021年5月—2022年5月期间在湖南省职业病防治院职业性尘肺科工作的护理人员24名纳入研究,随机对等法分为两组,参照组12名人员采用常规护理管理模式,研究组12名人员则依据护理核心制度开展护理管理,对比分析组间管理疗效。结果研究组管理服务满意度为91.67%高于参照组50.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理管理质量高于参照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理纠纷发生率为8.33%(1/12)较参照组50%(6/12)明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论依据护理核心制度在职业性尘肺科开展护理管理,在增强护理服务意识,提高服务满意度方面取得理想效果,同时可以降低护理纠纷发生率,提升整体护理服务质量,为患者提供更加专业、有效的护理干预措施。

Objective To investigate the clinical implementation value of the nursing core system in the nursing management of occupational pneumoconiosis unit.Methods Twenty-four nursing staff working in the Hunan Provincial Occupational Disease Control and Prevention Hospital from May 2021 to May 2022 were selected for inclusion in the study and divided into 2 groups by the randomized pairwise method.The 12 personnel in the reference group used the conventional care model,while the 12 personnel in the study group carried out nursing management according to the core nursing system.The management efficacy between the groups was compared and analyzed.Results The management service satisfaction of the study group was 91.67%higher than that of the reference group 50.00%,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The quality of nursing management in the study group was higher than that in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of nursing disputes in the study group was 8.33%(1/12),which was significantly lower than that in the reference group(50.00%,6/12),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nursing management in the occupational pneumoconiosis unit based on the nursing core system has achieved ideal efficacy in enhancing nursing service awareness and improving service satisfaction,while reducing the incidence of nursing disputes,improving overall nursing service quality,and providing more professional and effective nursing interventions for patients.
