绩效考核管理在妇科护士管理中的运用效果评估分析

摘要 目的分析在妇科护士管理工作中,绩效考核管理的具体方法,并对其应用价值进行评估。方法选取2018年5月—2022年5月在长沙市妇幼保健院就职的40名妇科护士作为研究对象,通过随机数表法将其分为两组,各20名。对照组实施常规管理,研究组进行绩效考核管理,对比两组妇科护士满意度、心理状态、护理质量评分、操作技能和理论知识评分。结果研究组心理状态评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);对照组对管理工作的满意度低于研究组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组护理质量各指标评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组的操作技能和理论知识评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论绩效考核管理实施价值高,可以帮助护理人员改善心理状态,对护理质量及实际操作技能的提升具有积极意义,提升其工作积极性及满意度。 Objective To analyze the specific methods of performance appraisal management in the management of gynecological nurses and to assess the value of its application.Methods 40 gynecology nurses who worked at Changsha Maternal and Child Health Hospital from May 2018 to May 2022 were selected as the study objects.They were divided into two groups by a random number table method,with 20 nurses in each group.The control group implemented routine management,and the study group conducted performance evaluation management.The satisfaction,psychological status,quality of care scores,operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores after management were compared between the two groups of gynecological nurses.Results The psychological state score of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the control group was less satisfied with the management work than the study group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the score of nursing quality of study group was higher than that of control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);the operational skills and theoretical knowledge scores of the study group were higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of performance appraisal management is of high value,can help nursing staff improve their psychological state,has positive significance for the improvement of nursing quality and practical operation skills,and enhances their work motivation and satisfaction.
